Birdeye and Auto Manager aka Desk Manager Integration
Automanager is a dealership management software used by independent and used car dealers. Automanager offers its users effective contact and inventory management, vehicle marketing tools, F&I calculator, and additional dealer management tools.
Birdeye integrates with Automanager to help dealers send out review requests to their customers. This integration makes the review request process completely automatic.
Once your Birdeye account is integrated with Automanager, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your customers based on certain defined triggers.
Birdeye captures your customers’ information within your Birdeye account, review requests will start being sent to your customers automatically on a daily basis. This will help you maintain a constant flow of fresh reviews, moving your business up in search results and giving you greater brand visibility so prospective customers can easily find you.
