Birdeye and Centricity Integration
Centricity is an electronic medical records (EMR) solution used in large physician practices. Users can manage appointment schedules, billing, e-prescription, lab integration, reporting and analytics. Integrating Birdeye with Centricity will automate the process of sending out review requests to patients on a daily basis.
Once integrated with Centricity, Birdeye pulls patient information from Centricity once daily for the appointments that were completed on the previous day. Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your CRM using some predefined triggers.
