Cloud 9 Ortho is a full-featured orthodontic practice management software that offers features like imaging, electronic claims, electronic statements, auto pay/auto-post, and more. Birdeye integrates with Cloud 9 Ortho to help businesses send out review requests to their patients. This integration allows you to automate review requests and review generation. Once your Birdeye account is integrated with your Cloud 9 Ortho account, Birdeye will pull the first names, last names, email addresses and phone numbers of your patients based on certain defined triggers. Once your patient information is captured in your Birdeye account, review request emails and SMS will be automatically sent on a daily basis. This helps you collect a constant stream of new reviews, boosting your search engine ranking and giving you more visibility to your prospective patients.
