Birdeye and Compass Integration
Compass DMS is a dealership management software used primarily by independent dealerships. Compass DMS offers users custom websites, inventory tools, forms for finance and numerous tools to manage customer database and sales.
Birdeye integrates with Compass DMS to help dealerships send out review requests to their customers. Integrating Compass DMS with Birdeye gives you the ability to automate the review request process.
Once your Birdeye account is integrated with Compass DMS, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your customers based on certain defined triggers. After pulling your customer information into your Birdeye account, Birdeye will send out review requests every day, automatically. This creates a steady flow of incoming reviews that helps improve your search engine ranking and brand visibility so you’re found easily by prospective customers.
