Birdeye and Domtrak Integration
Domtrak is a complete Dental Office and Practice Management Software. Domtrak helps dentists work on a cloud-based tool and meet all their needs of an office setting. Domtrak users are able to manage remote desktop, email and SMS, dental charting, scheduling, web design, etc. with Domtrak.
Birdeye integrates with Domtrak to helps dentists send out review requests to their patients. This integration makes the review request process completely automatic.
Once your Birdeye account is integrated with Domtrak, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your patients based on certain defined triggers. Once Birdeye captures your patient information within your Birdeye account, review requests will start being sent to your patients automatically on a daily basis. This will help you maintain a constant flow of fresh reviews, moving your business up in search results and giving you greater brand visibility so prospective patients can easily find you.
