Birdeye and Dox Pedo Integration
Dox Pedo is an efficient management and clinical software for the pediatrics and orthodontics. Dox Pedo helps dentists work on an automated software to enhance their clinical charting capabilities and provide their patients with a better clinical experience. Dox Pedo users are able to manage appointments, claims, clinical charting, patient billing, etc. with Dox Pedo. Birdeye integrates with Dox Pedo to helps dentists send out review requests to their patients. The Dox Pedo-Birdeye integration lets you automate review request SMS and emails. Once your Birdeye account is integrated with Dox Pedo, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your patients based on certain defined triggers. Once your patient information is captured in your Birdeye account, review request SMS and emails will be automatically sent on a daily basis. This helps you collect a constant stream of new reviews, boosting your search engine ranking and giving you more visibility to prospective patients.
