Birdeye and Grapevine Integration
Grapevine is a front-end sales and finance and insurance (F&I) management system used by automobile dealers. Grapevine offers several features including contact management, credit reporting, lease management, inventory management, legacy system integration, and more.
Birdeye integrates with Grapevine to help automobile dealers send out review requests to their customers. This integration lets you send review requests to your customers automatically.
Once your Birdeye account is integrated with your Grapevine account, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your customers based on certain defined triggers. Once your customer information is captured in your Birdeye account, review request SMS and emails will be automatically sent on a daily basis. This helps you collect a constant stream of new reviews, boosting your search engine ranking and giving you more visibility to prospective customers.
