Birdeye and Impromed (Impromedinfinity) Integration
Impromed is an on-premise veterinary practice management software used by clinics of all sizes. It allows users to create treatment plans, track patient information, and manage appointments, billing, reporting and invoicing. Birdeye integrates with Impromed to help veterinarians send out review requests to their patients. The Impromed-Birdeye integration lets you automate review request SMS and emails. When your Birdeye account is integrated with Impromed, Birdeye will pull your patients' first name, last name, email address and phone number based on certain defined triggers. After pulling your patient information into your Birdeye account, Birdeye will automatically send out review requests every day. This creates a steady flow of incoming reviews that helps improve your search engine ranking and brand visibility, so you’re found easily by prospective patients.
