Lightyear is a cloud-based accounts payable solution used by small to midsize businesses. Lightyear offers several features such as electronic billing management, data extraction, accounting and inventory management, approval process control, and more.
Birdeye integrates with Lightyear to help business owners send out review requests to their customers. This integration allows you to automate review requests and review generation.
Once your Birdeye account is integrated with your Lightyear account, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your customers based on certain defined triggers. After pulling your customer information into your Birdeye account, Birdeye sends out review requests every day, automatically. This creates a steady flow of incoming reviews that helps you improve your search engine ranking and brand visibility so that you’re found easily by prospective customers.
