Birdeye and Nextech Practice+ Integration
Nextech Practice+ is a specialty-specific EMR and Practice Management solution designed for small and medium-sized medical practices to improve efficiency across all functional areas of the practice. It helps medical practices to chart, prescribe medication, manage lab test communications, patient scheduling, revenue management, and patient engagement.
Birdeye integrates with Nextech Practice+ to help medical practitioners send out review requests to their patients. The Nextech-Birdeye integration fully automates the review request and review generation processes.
Once your Birdeye account is integrated with Nextech Practice+, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your patients based on certain defined triggers. After your patient information is pulled into your Birdeye account, review requests will be sent out every day, automatically. This will help you get a steady stream of reviews that will help you rank higher on search engines and make your brand visible to patients.
