Birdeye and Opes Integration
OPES is an open source dental Practice Management Software (PMS) that is suitable for both small and large dental practices. OPES helps dentists plan patient treatment, schedule patient appointments and manage patient charts easily.
Birdeye integrates with OPES to help dentists send out review requests to their patients. This integration lets you send review requests to your patients automatically.
Once your Birdeye account is integrated with OPES, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your patients based on certain defined triggers. Once Birdeye captures your patient information within your Birdeye account, review requests will start being sent to your patients automatically on a daily basis. This will help you maintain a constant flow of fresh reviews, moving your business up in search results and giving you greater brand visibility so prospective patients can easily find you.
