StringSoft is a Veterinary Practice Management Software mostly used by veterinary practitioners. StringSoft comes with EMR, system security, digital imaging, appointment scheduling, and more. StringSoft allows the users to manage appointments, scheduling, billing, invoicing, reminders, patient records, etc. with ease. Birdeye integrates with StringSoft to help veterinarians send out review requests to their patient’s owners. This integration makes the review request process completely automatic. When your Birdeye account is integrated with StringSoft, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your patient’s owner based on certain defined triggers. After pulling your patients’ owner’s information into your Birdeye account, Birdeye will send out review requests every day, automatically. This creates a steady flow of incoming reviews that helps improve your search engine ranking and brand visibility so you’re found easily by prospective patients.
