Birdeye and XLDent Integration
XLDent is dental Practice Management Software (PMS), and is mostly used by dentists. XLDent helps dentists manage their practice through an automated tool. XLDent users are able to manage patient records, appointments, reports and patient history, e-filling and prescriptions, etc. with XLDent. Birdeye integrates with XLDent to help dentists send out review requests to their patients. This integration helps in automating review request solicitation and generating new reviews. Once your Birdeye account is integrated with XLDent, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your patients based on certain defined triggers. After your patient information is pulled into your Birdeye account, review requests will be sent out every day, automatically to help you get a steady stream of reviews.
