Universal has not kept me informed. They have no come out to do what they said they were going to do. I have not heard from them and they have not finished the work yet.
Overall the quality of the work is great! I can not deny that - the installers and material are top grade. An installer had to come back for a sky light install - but that was done in a very timely manner.I am disappointed with the sales people - they came to make the deal but after when you needed more support for insurance purposes you were left on the outside looking in. I would like someone from Universal Builders of America, Inc. to call me and give me some assurance about the job that was done on the roof since it was done in such a hurry. I feel like they only care about people signing up and not about the crew that they hire. Quality control is zero.
Universal Builders didn't do the job, they subbed the whole job out to someone else.
Already did. He signed a contract with them.
I'm still waiting for my referral fees; I haven't received them as of yet.
