There are lots of roofing companies out there. We'd never heard of Universal before so thet had to earn our trust and confidence. And they did!
Initially it seemed like this was going to be a good experience, but it was NOT :-(
They did not satisfy their agreement with me. They have not fulfilled their contract.
I am not a roofing professional. The roof appears adequate. There were issues with installation however. My satellite dish was removed and thrown away, which meant I had to have the cable company come out and install a new one. There is also a humidity fan in my attic that does not work correctly since debris fell in.
The Sales Rep promises a lot and really was not involved with us throughout the project. We had to finish with another contractor.
