This install was for a new addition/ new construction windows. Sales guy Nick was nice and responded well to my questions and concerns after the sale. The guy that came out and measured the windows was knowledgeable and informed me if what was needed. BUT the installation was not completed correctly to inspection code. On new installs, before new windows are installed, flashing tape should have been taped inside on the bottom of the window before the new windows were to be installed in order to pass inspections. We could n0t be more pleased with the whole experience with Universal Windows Direct! From our initial contact and visit with Austin Fields explaining the windows, to Keith and Cliff installing our new windows we are thrilled with our purchase. Keith and Cliff did an awesome job installing them! They were so careful with the inside wood trim and outside vinyl !
