I HIGHLY recommend Universal Windows Direct of Charlotte! They replaced all the windows in my house and I love them! Universal Windows has been great to work with! The installer came when they said they would and was very professional, the installer Brad was every helpful and answered any questions I had and he went over everything with me before he left. The installers with him were also good.

The installers were fantastic. Not only did they arrive on time but had my 9 old windows knocked out, the new windows installed and everything cleaned up in about 3 1/2 hours. I didn't even have to leave the house. Very professional and friendly too.

The gentleman that measured the windows got upset because I asked him would he wear a mask. He had a bad attitude after that when I asked questions.

Quality of the product is decent, install was sloppy, and it took almost a year to receive replacement screens for the ones that were initially delivered and damaged.

Install has not occurred yet. Only door without transom was received. UWD has admitted they erred on the order by not including transom even though it was in the contract and price.
