This install was for a new addition/ new construction windows. Sales guy Nick was nice and responded well to my questions and concerns after the sale. The guy that came out and measured the windows was knowledgeable and informed me if what was needed. BUT the installation was not completed correctly to inspection code. On new installs, before new windows are installed, flashing tape should have been taped inside on the bottom of the window before the new windows were to be installed in order to pass inspections.
