When we originaly ordered the Patio Door, they mis-measured and didn't have the right size. Another eight weeks to wait. After that wait, the door came, but with no hardware, another six weeks wait. After many phone calls, hardware came, and the installer that they sent knew what he was doing and finished the original job with precision.
