Things went pretty smooth. Overall experience was good . Installers did mess up one of my half screens . How do I get a replacement for that screen ? Thank you

We had replacement windows done in a different home by a different company about ten years ago and were already seeing signs of diminishing quality in the glass after about the fifth year. This summer we moved to a new home (23 years old) that definitely had inferior, low grade windows. Through a friend, we were recommended to call Universal.
