We were very happy with the windows and the contract company that installed the windows. The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that the Salesman, the gentleman who came to re-measure our windows and the person who scheduled installation all reassured me that the rotted wood would be replaced and taken care of. When the installers came nobody had even spoken to them about it and apparently they never replace wood during a window install. I was impressed from the start. No high pressure to buy, very educational and listened to what I wanted. The crew was very professional friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend universal windows to others.

they did a good job and cleaned up as well. they did have to come back as the contractor said his ladder wouldn't reach outside, but I did have to call back a week later to set up another time for them to come out and finish the job.
