windows are great, installers were on time and completed the job quickly...however still waiting on my door which I had requested to be installed with the windows

No pressure and Devin seemed to be truly concerned with the budget we would have and not try to talk us into getting something we couldn’t pay for. The install was fast and efficient. the windows look good and I can’t wait to open them without straining.

We were very happy with the windows and the contract company that installed the windows. The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that the Salesman, the gentleman who came to re-measure our windows and the person who scheduled installation all reassured me that the rotted wood would be replaced and taken care of. When the installers came nobody had even spoken to them about it and apparently they never replace wood during a window install.
