Definitely a high pressure sale. We needed a window ordered and didn't have time to shop around. Was the first window we have ever ordered and now that its installed, its just ok. There seems to be lots of 'frame' and we should have asked more questions about that as there is plenty of room for a larger glass. Window was installed with a scratch, contacted customer service and a replacement sash was ordered. Did not pay in full until replacement piece arrived. A discount for the issue would have been a nice gesture.

Our installers went above & beyond to make sure our install was perfect - even when they ran into issues on the underlying house. I couldn’t recommend them more!
