I was very pleased with the installation team that put in my windows. The quality of the windows are superb!
One guy was sent to my home to install 10 windows. He did install all of them in one day however it took over a week to get the outside completely finished. We were promised that he would be back the very next day and yet he didn't show. Then he left a message for my husband that he would for sure be out the day after that. Instead he picked his trailer up and we didn't see him for an additional two days. I have repeatedly tried to contact the Columbus manager and he fails to answer calls or even return messages.
