The windows did not meet my expectations. I was not aware of how wide the sides would be. They really limit the actual clear window space and reduce how much sun light comes into the room. I don’t think I would have made this purchase if I was fully aware of that before purchase. Also, the grid on one of the windows was not squared. It was slightly tilted and drives me a crazy when I look at it.
Speed and precision. Very professional and good customer service
Great communication, excellent work
Kept me updated with the whole project
Beautiful windows with a poor installation team and terrible follow-up communication skills.
