We recently replaced 10 of our windows using Universal Windows Direct. The process from beginning to end was wonderful. It began with the sales rep, Jamie Shay, who came to our home, explained everything we needed to know about the windows & how the process worked. He was prompt, respectful, & very knowledgeable. Once we signed a contract with them, another person called to explain the timeliness & what would happen at each step. She called several times with updates. The windows do not close up tight. I can’t turn the locking mechanism. A service man came slammed it up so that it would close completely and told me to wait for a couple weeks and see if that helps.

I replaced all the windows and the sliding glass door in my home and was very pleased with how the process went. A few minor issues, but all was addressed immediately by the company. Excellent customer service.

Ease of financing, measuring and install. Also, great communication. The only thing I dislike is the “sales pitch.” just come in with the price not the “let me call and use some favors.”
