i t enjoyed my sales rep jamie and he helped me out very much. i understand there can be issues with the current state of home improvement projects. My sales rep was always available with questions and concerns. will recommend only if they get the same sales rep as i did.

We would definitely recommend UWD. From our wonderful salesman Mike to Jason who measured to the installers who showed up, on time, in the pouring rain! Our windows are beautiful and we couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Our experience from start to finish has been less than stellar. Our original meeting we got a price and had to change it as the sales rep forgot to add on tempered glass. We had to call 6 weeks after the measurements to find out that they had an extra window and instead of calling us to rectify, they just let us wait until we called. Finally got the windows in Sept. Good quality but it took a long time to get patio door. Something happened to original order and they sent out a manager to put in a new order.
