From the time we ordered the windows, the turn-around time was within 2 months for installation. The quality of the employees and Antonio were great. The installation was very quick. They were polite, nice, and respectful.

From my salesman, Brandon, to the schedulers, to the installers, EVERYONE at Universal Windows Direct has been wonderful! Brandon explained the features and warranty very well. I NEVER sign on the first visit. I like to think things over but I was so impressed I did sign the right away. The windows came in before the expected date and instillation was scheduled to my timing. The installers were polite, clean, friendly and did a wonderful job.
