The installation was rushed and not well done. More than two men should have been sent to install 11 large windows so that caulking and clean up on each window could have been more carefully done.
The friendly installer and cleanleness of how he did such a great job.
They were very easy to work with. Same day estimate and price was very reasonable compared to other local companies for the same quality

I believe Universal Windows has a very good product. I have noticed that the outside noise is far less in my house now. Also do not have to set the air conditioner lower now to cool my house.

Salesperson and Installer very super folks to deal with and the Windows are so solid. Has only been a couple weeks but so far so good.
