I think your product is good and therefore would recommend it. After the entire process was complete I would tell my friend to watch out for the following: Accuracy of the order as placed by the sales person - My order required several change orders as the sales person did not enter it correctly. This was concerning to me but I made it through it. It may concern you as I only had 7 windows and one door so the order was not that complicated. For instance, all windows had full screens. We decided on purchasing these windows because we were sold on the superior quality and excellent customer service. When the pivot pins snapped in half, I started questioning the quality. Then when the rep insulted my intelligence by telling me i should start by watching a video of how to reinstall the sash and if that didn’t work I should call back, it left a bad taste in my mouth for the customer service.
