I am answering this for my mother. I was present during sales pitch and installation. The individual tha installed the windows did a great job however, my mother gave salesman $100 in cash towards the purchase and the finance company said that no deposit was ever credited to the account

Mike and Donny completed our install and were super clean and efficient. We were told our windows would take about 8-10 weeks to come in and they actually came in around 2 weeks.
