Everything was good except we order a picture window and didn't get it plus they installed windows in the basement that we didn't order.

The windows are beautiful and done in a timely manner. After being ordered it only took 4 weeks to make them. The whole process from start to finish went so smoothly. The salesman was knowledgeable, the installers couldn't of been better, and there's a lifetime warranty. We would highly recommend this company and these windows to anyone needing new windows.
