Hope this company is good to employees because they are the best and the foundation of your business. Sales rep Karen friendly, knowledgeable, personable and professional. Installer Annan was more of the same and more. Felt like I had new best friends that treated me like they would want to be treated. Customer Service answered emails and phone calls promptly.

The windows are beautiful and the installer was wonderful. A little pricey but I think they will be worth it in the long run.

Not crazy about the response from the salesperson in regards to our questions but the manager was awesome. Installers did a great job except one of the windows was broken and they said we would be contacted the next day but after 3 days we had to call about it.
