My daughter fractured her ankle at the National Girls Hockey Championships in Mentor. We came to this urgent care and had a great experience!! The front office and Clinical staff were so kind and helpful. Dr. Dawson was amazing!! She definitely went above and beyond! Connected us with an orthopedic doctor so my daughter could be seen before we had to fly home!! Thanks again to everyone for the excellent care you gave to us!! Lisa Miller
staff was great nurses were great. Doctor was great! India took us in and immediately realized my husband might need assistance. She was efficient and friendly. Dr. Dawson listen carefully made us feel comfortable and quickly addressed my husband's issue. She was wonderful! Everyone was very pleasant and kind. I made an appointment online and I got there a few minutes early; they took me right back! Excellent experience. The doctor even said, “Feel better!” when I left!
I visited the urgent care this morning and had a wonderful experience. I was having a problem with my eye. I signed in and reserved a spot at home on their website. I only had a short wait when I arrived The staff was very nice and attentive. I was diagnosed with an eye infection given an antibiotic drops prescription . I am looking and feeling tons better. I am so sorry I procrastinated for three days before going to them . Thank you so much for everything
I took my 2 yr old today and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly she was seen and how nice the providers were. Maria was amazing with my daughter and was thorough. The facility was clean and welcoming. 5/5 highly recommend.
