Not feeling well. Concerned that I might have strep. Receptionist very good. Triage person very good. Was tested for a few things. Nurse that took care of me excellent. I will visit this facility again when needed. Online scheduling was great. This was at the Mentor Center Street location.Ā

Needed to address an eye condition, I set an online and filled out all paperwork prior to arriving. After check-in I was called back within 5 minutes for triage, then examining room. Wait was only another 5-10 minutes where Megan Gunther was thorough and quick to assess the prescribe medication to my pharmacy.
