Staff was very kind and compassionate. Just a few minutes of wait time after checking in as a walk-in about an hour before the facility was scheduled to close. Problem solved perfectly…!! I can hear..!!

Not feeling well. Concerned that I might have strep. Receptionist very good. Triage person very good. Was tested for a few things. Nurse that took care of me excellent. I will visit this facility again when needed. Online scheduling was great. This was at the Mentor Center Street location.
