I received great care from the staff at the UH Mentor urgent care. From the receptionist to the nurse and PA -C that treated me, all were very pleasant, competent and professional. PA-C Kenneth Mazer did an excellent job stitching my ear laceration. It was in a difficult spot, but he had no problem closing up the wound. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care to anyone needing medical treatment.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Dr Ken G was absolutely the best! He explained the possibilities of what could be going on with me. Also stressed if I get worse to get to the ER. He explained everything very well, he was kind, patient and took his time to examine my issue throughly..he even did some research on what I have could be due to it wasn't typical on how the lump on my face felt. He made me feel less stressed because I was very concerned what this could be. Thank you to all staff present today!

The NP was very good and efficient. Explained medication to me and if needed would get a new prescription if necessary. I received a notice that a different prescription is needed.
