I arrived and the receptionist was kind and acknowledged me immediately. The tech who took my vitals was friendly & thorough. Samantha Kopp who assessed & diagnosed my wheezing and terrible cough by having X-rays 🩻, she was thorough in explaining the results and what treatments were recommended. She answered all my questions and concerns. A very pleasant experience at Mentor Urgent Care on Center St mentor oh.Â

My second visit to urgent care in a week. Diagnosed with bronchitis, given antibiotics and puffer on first visit, but couldn’t get a nights sleep. Went back and received prednisone and cough pearls. Also was reassured that my lungs were clearing. Excellent care.Â
