The clinic was clean and inviting. The staff from the receptionist, MA, and the provider all were professional in there roles and provided great service. Will definitely come to this location for any urgent care needs. Thank you!

Fairly quick and friendly service. For my persistent cough, they gave me Albuterol via inhaler, then prescribed a take home Albuterol inhaler and some oral meds (prednisone and azithromyacin). Seems to be helping.

Very friendly staff. I waited only about 10 minutes and my doctor was knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend. This was at the Cleveland Heights office and I saw Dr. Yousef.
