Everyone was so kind and caring towards my daughter. She gets anxious and they were gentle and supportive! And the wait wasn’t long!

I had an excellent experience at UH Urgent Care Cleveland Heights today. The entire staff was highly professional and organized making the check-in process smooth and stress free. The medical team was incredibly efficient and the wait time was minimal. The doctor took the time to truly listen and addressed all of my concerns. I recommend this clinic for anyone needing fast, quality care.

Got in to see the doctor without a long wait. The intake staff and doctor were efficient and pleasant to work with. A diagnoses was made on the spot. A prescription was sent to my pharmacy. I was on my way in a short time. Overall a positive experience. I would certainly recommend this Urgent Care facility.
