I have only the highest praise to offer for my experience this morning at the UH Cleveland Hts Urgent Care. At the front desk the PSA was Kyle, who was so warm, friendly, and kind. That same spirit continued with each and every staff member! It was unbelievable how kind and caring each was, while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism.
