DO NOT TRUST THEM! My dog had a simple ear infection and his ear flap swelled up a bit. They told me they had to put him under general anesthesia and perform surgery for $500+ I took her to her old vet when visiting in Colorado the next day. Her old vet said that was ridiculous, gave me some ear drops and told me to keep her in a cone so she couldn't scratch. A few days later and she is fine.
