It was a really good app in the beginning . Now the percentage they from the shipper is crazy, they also charge the customer. It is over saturated with people willing to take shipments for 25 cents a mile so you can't compete and make money.

well.. the mileage is always incorrect on the listing, sometimes up to 200+ miles, so they try to rob you here, charging us 20%+ on our quote and charging upwards of 15% to the customer is a bit much. when they say net amount to you, they rob another percentage to transfer you the money. NET AMOUNT TO YOU!!! thats what that means, you do not take a percentage of the shipment, then take another percentage to receive payment. when you use that statement, all fees charged are to be included!
quotes came 2 - 3 times higher than they advertised. they closed my shipment request before I was able to get a quote. Service fee is way too high
When I log in it will not let me see anything, it just back to the log in page!
I tried this app to ship something, and received several competitive offers but after excepting one for $230.00 to ship a 160Lb box and moving forward to processing I noticed in small print they said I could be billed a fee from $200.00 To $700.00 without notification. I tried to contact them for clarification but it was ver difficult. So I just used AAA cooper who's price was more but set in stone.
The app is okay. But now, in order to haul anything, you have to have a DOT number.It's not like it used to be
booting carriers for inactivity to create a monopoly. expect your shipping costs to go up.
