worst app and customer service possible. complete scam taking 30 percent or more from the total quote away from drivers. got kicked off because i was answering a customer question, and I stated i couldnt get the load done because of the scam fees that would take any profit away. highly do not recommend.

Undependable method to find shipments...
Insanely low rates. People are moving goods on this app for less than the cost of fuel money. Would not recommend.
horrible app. New update took away the option to even list a shipmen??? It's nowhere to be found now and then when a shipment you have posted expires you can't find it unless you get on the actual webiste. Horrible experience
Shipping toggle not available on app. Cannot create shipment on app, can on desktop site.
It doesn't work well.
This app is busted. It used to be end user-friendly; now I can't even respond to questions on bids. When I go to check the status of a shipment, instead of it letting me view routes and answer questions, it either tells me I can't ship it because I'm not a specialized mover (which is asinine since I'm the one who posted the shipment) or it takes me to the profile of the mover that asked the question without allowing me to answer. The website is just as bad with similar issues.
