Was a carrier for uShip over 7 months with a 5 star rating and they suspended my account indefinitely with no communication and no way to discuss. This was my main source of income for my family. There are so many scammers and underinsured carriers on this site that it is difficult to pursue as a career but I did my best... Be ready to pay 30% of total costs to uShip rather than the people actually doing the job. 30% for connecting every transacton. Banking off both sides should be illegal
Unsafe Lester's truck is charged way over the fair market value for a mile and the amount that should be paid per mile for gas price gouging unbelievable
This app is for low ballers looking to get there stuff moved at the cheapest price possible a waste of driver times
The new app is horrible and extremely hard to navigate! I've utilized this service for years and it was simple and easy. now it locks up and is not user friendly. This is going to make business difficult! please allow users to opt to have old version back. constant freezing and has completely locked up with a blue blinking light. have to uninstall and reinstall AGAIN! Money lost for US means money lost for USHIP! About to delete the app and find other site to utilize unless something is done.
No loads .... lots of hype... sorry ...im really trying to find something to give here. Your site actually hurts fair market value to truckers. Driving down prices makes it more dangerous for trucks to be on the road because there's no money to maintain trucks.
I'm not sure about you all, but I have been winning bids, but customers do not respond within the alloted 24 hours, so my quotes expire along with everyone else's quote. Wasted hours, days, and weeks on this app winning several bids, and I have yet to receive any email (which is updated correctly on their site) of any approved loads. I don't even receive a courtesy of my quote being denied. I just get left on read. This app is clearly a waste of time. Trash!
