Here's where it makes no sense at all, " You place a item with a OFFER not a AUCTION, then when someone ACCEPTS the offer, THE ITEMS REMAINS ON THE BOARD SO MORE WORKERS CAN FIGHT FOR THE SAME DAMN ITEM AT THE SAME DAMN PAY RATE... That makes no sense.... If you make an OFFER post and you get a driver that accepts that offer, WHY IS THAT ITEM STILL ON THE BOARD?
