Middlemen who rip you off. False insurance. False pros. False advertising as quality!
App is buggy and far too many scammers without any oversight/support. Many listings are the same item listed multiple times with fraudulent pickup and drop off information to get more favorable pricing. There is no address verification during the listing process.
its ok, as always, there's room for improvements. its going from bad to worst, after 10 minutes I have to sign in again, so frustrating..
That app is surprisingly different from the Wedsite. It continually logs me out and takes forever to submit a quote.
The only thing I like about the app versus the website is that I can search more than 5 locations. Why can't you do that on a computer? The app crashes when you click the map icon, as everyone pointed out on the past several months, yet you don't fix it. Also, if I hit the home button or watch shipments, sometimes I have to hit it multiple times. Fix that too!
Scam. Don't care about customer, don't protect. Scam delivery companies
Glitchy app. Constantly logs me out mid responding to messages or opening listing. Cumbersome poorly developed app considering the huge quantity of money they make on every transaction. Not impressed.
One star. I can't submit a quote cause I have to keep verifying my identity and it keeps booting me out. Fix it, you and I are losing money.
