Can't even get into the app.
App and company suck. Was quoted $500 for shipping. When it came time, it was $1300. Sent them a message, their response was....."Its only an estimate, so nothing we can do." Sure an estimate is somewhat close. This was no estimate. Stay away.
Was denied dog and cat transportation and asked for explanation and the answer was they can't explain it and was internal... What a joke... I can't even ask what I can do to become eligible... Without getting the same explanation...
Made decent money. Then they suspended me. I called and they won't activate me. This was my bread and butter. Been suspended over 6 months. If they had 0, I'd hit zero for review. Plus all the cheap people use this app. Under 80 cents a miles. How we supposed to live! Plus they kill you on all these stupid fees.

The app will randomly open while I'm doing something else on my phone. Annoying and unnecessary. The only way I can stop it from happening is to uninstall the app. Please fix.
Absolutely one sided (with the shipper and not the carrier) quick to suspend accounts with ZERO effort to investigate the issue. Was suspended because shipper shared their address in the comment section prior to bidding, I did not ask for it, but because of this I can no longer use the service after shipping multiple items and them making large fees from my business. Not impressed uship. Very large brokerage fees to uship with little to NO support to justify the fee. Rip off. I'll stick with my normal load finders for a frac... read more
Will not let me go past the about yourself page and says check your connection and try again when im on WI-FI
