I'm quite surprised to see negative reviews, because my experience was top notch. Their site is extremely easy to navigate and use and answers to everything are completely spelled out. The shippers I chose were great! They were communicative, completely on time, and took great care with the two pieces of furniture I was shipping. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
