I made a poor choice of shipper at first. He claimed his truck broke down & had no back up to offer. U SHIP promptly refunded my first payment. It took a few days to find another quote to meet my timeframe & budget. The shipper I chose was excellent. The driver was able to adapt to my schedule for pickup & delivered at the agreed upon time, door to door. I would definitely use USHIP again, asking more about each shipper's company before accepting any quote.
