For a first time user, I was uncertain of the process and was not able to find answers readily. I received emails from shipping companies but no offers. I did not know how or where to accept an offer until one was presented to me by the shipper. Their email quotes were not offers as I thought they were. I had a lot of uncertainty of how the item would be confirmed to be authentic and asked the shipper to do this. Perhaps a video tutorial of the process would help.
