This was an unbelievable experience where I needed to ship a custom boat from ********* to ********. The transporter was on time and carefully transported the boat getting it to ******** before I was even able to fly home- basically it was an overnight delivery of a boat half way across the country (two drivers). Everything was in great shape. The drivers were professional and communicated every step. This is a great company.

Great service, but please be clear... You need to vet your shippers!! I have had many bad deals with shippers. Many of the bad experiences have to do with delivery dates. It seems a shipper feels comfortable being days, weeks or months late delivering as long as they have a good excuse that works for them.. health issues, mechanical issues, etc. These folks have our property.. what can we do? My experience with ***** was great! Not only did he perform as he contracted for, he exceeded it. He was professional and personal at the same time. He went out of his way to make the pickup as easy as possible for me and even delivered earlier than expected. Overall good experience. The timeline to get a shipper for the motorcycle was a little drawn out but in the end it was delivered as promised and not damaged.
Very pleased with our driver and delivery. He picked up the pontoon and sent me daily updates. That was appreciated so much. Will hire him again
