Its just like the website which made it easy to use and navigate.
What can I say? The app just works. Needed furniture moved from KY to OH. Got 5 bids and picked one which was not the lowest nor the highest and had a great experience.
This app made shipping on a budget across the country affordable. I couldnt have afforded the 5 grand even uhaul would have cost. Neither could a family I met needing their things but having a recent MS diagnosis , they couldnt budget it. I shared uship and for $230 they got their furniture after months. The users love it. A+

Simple to use, concept is great, outcome is beneficial.
The app is not reliable. For one, I have to go through the website on my phone to send reliable messages. Half the time the messages I try to send through the app will say "oops something went wrong..." I know it isn't network related because the website works just fine. Second, I don't know why I can only send one message at a time to the servicers. I may have forgotten to put in some information for the carrier on one message and I have to wait until they reply for me to write back.
