July 20th my items were picked up from ******, **. I stated I wanted them to arrive to ***** by September 19th. The transporter told me he would be in ***** within 2 weeks. My transporter didn't fulfill this promise. He stated he was stuck in ********** and "ran out of funds" to make it to his destinations. I was kind enough to extend the arrival due date until Oct 8th. Hi i booked a shipment from uship platform and carrier name elite express expedited took 50% advance,uship cancelled as service provider denied and still waiting for refund , uship is not helping as they confirmed me on recorded line to make the deposit, now i am in process to go legal because no one is helping from uship this is a kind of fraud going on uship platform i do not trust uship for business in future as not getting help from them

The customer's driver was not able to pickup the shipment. The shipment was cancelled and the customer received a full refund from **********************. Any furhter action will need to be between the carrier and the customer's legal counsel.

I paid this awful company to find someone to ship a pickup truck bed from ********** to *******. Not only did uShip book a shipper that dropped the pallet off a truck ruining the bed, but when they put another pallet under the broken pallet they claimed the weight went up and tried to charge me more money.When the pallet was finally delivered mangled, they told me they sold me insurance for a $500 truck bed with a $500 deductible. In this case, our LTL Support team was able to provide assistance with disputing the rebills charged by YRC Freight and, as a result, one was overturned. Uship is a terrible company. a driver hired through their company destroyed a brick wall on my property, refused to give me their insurance information and is refusing to pay for damages. Uship is hiding behind the "they are an independent contractor" nonsense to avoid responsibility. do not use this company and especially ***************************. they do not conduct background checks on these drivers nor confirm that they are insured. absolutely awful business model, except of course for uship. zero stars was not an opt... read more

If you are reading this do not hire uship. This is your warning. We just had thousands of dollars worth of furniture picked up but not delivered. Driver is giving every excuse and lie in the book. These drivers will steal your items!!!! We are in process of filing charges. Beware!

Booked a shipped through Uship. The shipper took our deposit and we never heard from him again. Uship refunded their portion but did nothing to help us get the rest of our money back. You are better off using a professional moving company!

I used to love Uship and business concept. This is my second shipment buying from my supplier and Uship is trying to overcharge me without any evidence. I ask to them please show me the evidence why are you overcharge me and they reply without evidence. This company is a scam who want charge you more without evidence.

I have used U Ship in the past with no issues however I recently used Uship to PU an expensive UTV in ********** to deliver to ***** , the carrier ********************** was only a day late with PU so no concern, however when he did not deliver on time and would not respond to calls or e-mails we looked into it further, there were new reviews on UShip for the carrier that were posted after I booked and before he picked up, one said they were notified by Uship the carrier was a scam and therefore he canceled, however there wa... read more

Bad service, they have an app - thats about it. In the event things goes sideways, they practically can't do anything. It is therefore better to deal with the service provider directly as it reduces the false hope/expectation that you may have. Or read the fine print before you do business with them. Uship is a third party who offers nothing but a ******* like app.
