Bad. The moving company delivered my broken items to a separate and unassociated business in the town of delivery with the instructions to repair and deliver. Then the Uship delivery company left town without completing documentation or paperwork. Insurance that I purchased was bunk. The company is designed to point fingers elsewhere and abdicate responsibility. Im disgusted. Bad business set up. No interest in customer.

Got ripped off **** dollars on uShip. Driver picked up the load, I sent the money to him, and brought the load back. Uship allowed me to get ripped off. I still havent received my money. Dont get ripped off like me. Before I sent the money I called them on the phone, and they told me my money was safe. Supervisor listened to the tape and acknowledged how I could have gotten that. While the people (customers)you help are real, USHIP itself be wary of, as of today I am stranded over a ***** miles from home because USHIP told me I could have funds instantly deposited. uShip.com *********** clearly states that new carriers must be opted into Instant Withdrawals. The other withdraw method is via ACH, which can take up to 1-7 business days in the **.
uship hires felons Do not use uship, they allow felons with history of stealing to pickup your shipment and steal it.These people *************************, ***************** were allowed to book our shipment and steal **** worth of motorcycle parts.They do no background checks and send any felon with history of stealing to your shipment.I simple ****** search of their names shows they have been caught breaking into cars and stealing.

This company is trash. Their tracking and communication are less than good. They had no clue my shipment was picked up and was in transit. When my shipment did arrive it was damaged and would not fix, as it was "not eligible for deductible ". When you see this company suggested just keep moving to the next one.

This company is one of the biggest scams on the internet right now. They let anyone with a truck without any vetting process ship goods. This creates a plethora of thieves and drug users stealing products. Uship's condones this and allows for its users to threaten its user with violence. The feedback system they have is ineffective and allows for carriers to hold your property hostage while uship "looks into it" and does nothing. uShip is a marketplace. uShip does not assign loads to any carriers. The shipment was subject for additional fees from the carrier that was selected by the customer due to the access. These charges from straight from the carrier. Furthermore, the customer's actions after the dispute led to a violation of our User Agreement, and the account was suspended.
The good - pretty simple and straightforward to post shipping needs, simple process to conclude payment to the carrier after delivery - at least for me on my first and only load. The bad? Where to start.... Uship is apparently raking in a ton of money, 15-20% charged to carriers/brokers + @ 7% charged to me, and since they charge your CC as soon as you book and not until after delivery you can bet they're banking more on that before releasing the payment.
