Love the store and the helpful staff.
I called UT about an older factory recall, Matt checked it out and called me right back with parts ordered and set up a time to come in. They got me right in, made the changes and ask if there was anything else they could do for me. They have been great every time I have came in. I'm lucky they are so close by.

Recumbent National Industry Leader has everything I couldn't find anywhere else... (two thumbs up)
It was 9 weeks on a "few" week Custom Trike in the waiting game. I think website time tables are very generous. I would expect longer. 0524/18 trike arrived! Amazing quality & feel. Well worth the wait!
