I called UT about an older factory recall, Matt checked it out and called me right back with parts ordered and set up a time to come in. They got me right in, made the changes and ask if there was anything else they could do for me. They have been great every time I have came in. I'm lucky they are so close by.

It was 9 weeks on a "few" week Custom Trike in the waiting game. I think website time tables are very generous. I would expect longer. 0524/18 trike arrived! Amazing quality & feel. Well worth the wait!
This is really great customer service. I purchased a rear rack for my trike but when it arrived there was a manufacturing defect that you wouldn't notice unit you tried to install it. I sent a e-mail with pictures of the problem, fortunately during normal working hours, with-in 20 minutes of hitting send my phone was ringing and 5 minutes later I had notification of a new unit being shipped to me.
