This is really great customer service. I purchased a rear rack for my trike but when it arrived there was a manufacturing defect that you wouldn't notice unit you tried to install it. I sent a e-mail with pictures of the problem, fortunately during normal working hours, with-in 20 minutes of hitting send my phone was ringing and 5 minutes later I had notification of a new unit being shipped to me. I'm still having issues with the following: 1) having the issue of the "popping" - have tried tightening the spokes as you suggested and I still have the popping noise and it appears to be getting louder. I also notice that the one wheel doesn't run smooth/straight and has a slight wobble. So now I"m thinking it is more the axel? can you please advise? 2) Also - I tried to loosen the cable for the rear brake per your suggestion and it still grabs and "locks" so could use more assistance on trouble shooting this so it p... read more
